Tatum is a registered architect with over 10 years of experience working on high-end residential homes, alterations and additions, interiors, and select commercial projects across South Africa and internationally.

Her experience spans both commercial warehouse design — where practicality and return on investment are non-negotiable — and residential interiors — where aesthetics, warmth, and wow-factor are everything. That rare combination means her clients get homes that are as functional as they are beautiful. Homes that work precisely for how a family lives, and still make every guest stop at the door and say, "You've really made it."

Having worked within a large architectural firm, Tatum knows exactly where projects go wrong — where clients get lost in production, original vision gets diluted, and where communication breaks down. She built her concierge architectural practice specifically to make sure none of that happens to her clients.

Tatum's clients include ambitious couples with growing families, experienced entrepreneurs, and property investors across KZN, Eastern Cape, Western Cape, and Gauteng — as well as international projects in the U.S.A, and Zambia. She has delivered projects within some of South Africa's most prestigious estates, including Steyn City, Bahari Bay Eco Estate, Cape St. Francis, and Eye of Africa.
